Healthy lifestyle - part I

Mmmm...Blueberries I love this taste are very  healthy, but  delicious as well! Blueberries can be eaten fresh or with cereal, or you can create own recipe! These Fruits are rich in B Group Vitamins, vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin A, so it is great addition to the diet they also contain Selenium, Copper, zinc and iron, Potassium, Phosphorous and Magnesium and a rich source of Manganese and Vitamin K, and huge benefit is that they are low in carbohydrates relative to other fruits.

Raspberries -fragrantly sweet, flavorful and delicately structured are loaded with vitamins like blueberries, antioxidants and fibre, but especially fresh are excellent source of vitamin C. Raspberries are perhaps best known as a source of ellagic acid, but they also contain a host of other benefits. Try raspberries fresh or in a high energy smoothie.

We can find a lot of Health Benefits Of Eating Salmon - for example: Low in Calories, but High in Protein, consumption of the fatty acid Omega-3  rich salmon  can help live longer and be healthier...

Omega-3 fatty acids help in lowering the level of triglycerides, help the brain work better and improve memory, reducing depression, have defensive action against colon, prostate and breast cancer. The protein in salmon is easy for people to digest and absorb into our bodies. Vitamins A, B and D as well as the minerals calcium, iron, phosphorus and selenium are in this delicious fish. Also for women in pregnancy, this fatty acid of Salmon becomes a vital part as they are required to develop the brain of the fetus.
