Healthy lifestyle part 2

Healthy snacks are essential for us , important for good nutrition and a very important part of a healthy diet. We  need to pay attention to what we eat and moderation is the key to smart snacking. Healthy snacks are rich in vitamins, minerals, provide our body with an energy boost during the day, and they provide fibre to help cleanse the body and prevent diabetes, high cholesterol or heart disease.

My personal  favourite are sunflower seeds - an excellent source of vitamin E, particularly rich in magnesium, and a good source of selenium, copper, zinc, folate, and iron .  Sunflower oil and seeds   contain both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat – the types of fat that may protect the heart. The biggest benefit for  me is that  Sunflower seeds are healthy, but  delicious as well I love this unique taste!

How to create healthy snacks which  we can take anywhere? Choosing healthy snacks  means shopping smart......!

....worth to vist.....

It was really worth to visit  Abbotsbury Village -medium village to explore on the beautiful Jurassic Coast in West Dorset with spectacular panoramic view of the village and surrounding countryside, interesting history and cottages (many of the cottages in Abbotsbury date back to the 16th Century or earlier).

We can find here  numerous attractions, including the well known Abbotsbury Swannery, amazing subtropical gardens comprises 20 acres of fields filled with exotic and rare plants, Abbey and abbey barn, 15th century  St Catherine's Chapel and the nearby lovely Chesil Beach.

The village  provide an interesting variety of places to stay and eat...., but it was great to prepare own meal on the beach as well!

Abbotsbury is a picturesque and ideal place for walking and fishing!

Inspirations

Inspiration -  is a motivating   action  or influence that results in productivity and creative works, someone or something that causes this state.

Inspiration - the act of inspiring, without which there would be no art, artist, writers, inventions etc..

We usually derive inspirations from nature, people, bad and good experience, photography, dreams, good books, great films....., but Inspiration can be derived literally everything and nothing at the same time and is accompanied by all those who want create.

Macro Photography

Macro photography can be an absolutely stunning way to view the world as we’ve never seen it before.

Macro photography is close-up photography, usually of very small subjects with amazing details that usually goes unnoticed by the naked eye.

The objects photographed usually is very small, but look big on the picture that why - is one of the special techniques for creating unique, artistic, close-up images - technique that many people love to learn and is gaining more and more popularity...

Images for macro photography can be limited only by our imagination.

For Beginners  here are some possible subject ideas: sea shells, butterfly wings, people fingers, insects, unusual textures or materials, feathers , flower petals, insects, bugs, spider webs, fruits, leaves, nuts, stones etc

I hope you like these  shots as much as I have ! Enjoy your "journey......"

Healthy lifestyle - part I

Mmmm...Blueberries I love this taste are very  healthy, but  delicious as well! Blueberries can be eaten fresh or with cereal, or you can create own recipe! These Fruits are rich in B Group Vitamins, vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin A, so it is great addition to the diet they also contain Selenium, Copper, zinc and iron, Potassium, Phosphorous and Magnesium and a rich source of Manganese and Vitamin K, and huge benefit is that they are low in carbohydrates relative to other fruits.

Raspberries -fragrantly sweet, flavorful and delicately structured are loaded with vitamins like blueberries, antioxidants and fibre, but especially fresh are excellent source of vitamin C. Raspberries are perhaps best known as a source of ellagic acid, but they also contain a host of other benefits. Try raspberries fresh or in a high energy smoothie.

We can find a lot of Health Benefits Of Eating Salmon - for example: Low in Calories, but High in Protein, consumption of the fatty acid Omega-3  rich salmon  can help live longer and be healthier...

Omega-3 fatty acids help in lowering the level of triglycerides, help the brain work better and improve memory, reducing depression, have defensive action against colon, prostate and breast cancer. The protein in salmon is easy for people to digest and absorb into our bodies. Vitamins A, B and D as well as the minerals calcium, iron, phosphorus and selenium are in this delicious fish. Also for women in pregnancy, this fatty acid of Salmon becomes a vital part as they are required to develop the brain of the fetus.
