What to eat and drink to be more creative...?
I recommend eating plenty of whole grain foods, fresh vegatables and fruits..Eat lots of leafy vegetables, wheat germ, eggs and soybeans -these products are a source of choline, which penetrates directly into the cells of the brain.Your brain also needs polyunsaturated fatty acids. You'll find them in the fat of fish, especially marine, nuts and vegetable oils. The best thing about eating salmon rich in omega3 is that it's not only good for your brain, but everything else in your body as well.
Do not drink more than one cup of coffee a day! Overuse of caffeine causes irritability, anxiety and difficulty concentrating, so we must remember to drink coffe in moderation ... ONE CUP of coffee will stimulates the work of cardio - vascular, increases blood pressure, speeds up the heart rate, raises blood sugar levels and increases the supply of oxygen to the cells of the nervous system...
Sweets raise the level of glucose, magnesium, and lecithin in the blood, necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system. However, the negative effects of excessive consumption are well known. Great choice may be dark chocolate is Full of Antioxidants, very good for heart, brain, helps control blood sugar, is high in vitamins and minerals.
Scientists believe the key to the healthful benefits of red wine lie in the antioxidants, or flavonoids. The best red wine according to researchers enhances creativity and imagination in people, but if you decide to drink, take very little. Just enough to put you in the right state of mind, one glass of wine a day may help our health. Too much will make us sleepy and unable to concentrate.

Magical Colors!
I have always been fascinated by the the whole psychology and magic of color.
There are many ways we can use color in home or office to help stimulate mood and the creative part of brain, with colors we can create an environment and atmosphere that we desire... so it would be the best if the color improves mood and inspire us.
Research shows that Blue color Boosts Creativity. Blue -clean color, calming, relaxing as well.
Orange- inspire creativity and enthusiasm, is highly energetic color, my favour is lighter shade of orange, such as apricot, which is very warm, cheery, radiant and cosy.
I love Yellow as well - warm color which promote creativity, rejuvenating, energising and stimulate the nervous system, the color of sunshine, happiness and optimism
Red- enhances attention to detail, stimulating to the senses, a symbol of love and passion, energy and vitality.
Green - stabilising, soothing, healing, reduce stress, work best in areas where we wish to relax.
White - neutral color which means that harmonise with every color, clean, sterile, fresh, emphasizes natural light.
Brown - natural, neutral, it is the color of Earth, can be used by themselves or to create an all neutral scheme.
Black - symbolises strength and dominance, but black absorbs light, what especially in room can creating a negative effect that why we should be careful with this color.
Purple - magical, mysterious, romantic, comforting and safe.

Make Life Creative - Ideas!
What is an idea? “An idea is nothing more nor less than a new combination of old elements.”- James Webb Young
An idea is an image created by imagination or thought, plan of action existing or generate in the mind, is usually created with intent, but can also be generated unintentionally.
Not only having creative, innovative and great ideas is very important, but to believe, express them, share them.
“Ideas can be life-changing. Sometimes all you need to open the door is just one more good idea.”- Jim Rohn
We must remember that Ideas must be improved, evaluated, before they have any value. Creative people should specialise in coming up with lots of ideas.
"Ideas are like rabbits. You get a couple, learn how to handle them, and pretty soon you have a dozen."- John Steinbeck
Where good ideas come from? "An original idea. That can't be too hard. The library must be full of them." -Stephen Fry
“Be less curious about people and more curious about ideas.”- Marie Curie
“That's the great secret of creativity. You treat ideas like cats: you make them follow you.”-Ray Bradbury

Healthy lifestyle part 2
Healthy snacks are essential for us , important for good nutrition and a very important part of a healthy diet. We need to pay attention to what we eat and moderation is the key to smart snacking. Healthy snacks are rich in vitamins, minerals, provide our body with an energy boost during the day, and they provide fibre to help cleanse the body and prevent diabetes, high cholesterol or heart disease.
My personal favourite are sunflower seeds - an excellent source of vitamin E, particularly rich in magnesium, and a good source of selenium, copper, zinc, folate, and iron . Sunflower oil and seeds contain both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat the types of fat that may protect the heart. The biggest benefit for me is that Sunflower seeds are healthy, but delicious as well I love this unique taste!
How to create healthy snacks which we can take anywhere? Choosing healthy snacks means shopping smart......!

....worth to vist.....
It was really worth to visit Abbotsbury Village -medium village to explore on the beautiful Jurassic Coast in West Dorset with spectacular panoramic view of the village and surrounding countryside, interesting history and cottages (many of the cottages in Abbotsbury date back to the 16th Century or earlier).
We can find here numerous attractions, including the well known Abbotsbury Swannery, amazing subtropical gardens comprises 20 acres of fields filled with exotic and rare plants, Abbey and abbey barn, 15th century St Catherine's Chapel and the nearby lovely Chesil Beach.
The village provide an interesting variety of places to stay and eat...., but it was great to prepare own meal on the beach as well!
Abbotsbury is a picturesque and ideal place for walking and fishing!
